Terms & Conditions for 458bd

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 458bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://458bd.app and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — including browsing publicly visible pages, creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

458bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication at https://458bd.app/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or an on-platform notice, but it remains your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 458bd Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 458bd operates a strict 18+ only policy. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is a serious offence and is prohibited without exception.
• You are acting as an individual in your own personal capacity. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, or accounts operated on behalf of another person are not permitted without prior written authorisation from 458bd.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any partner platform.
• You have not previously had a 458bd account closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• Your use of the Platform is not prohibited by the laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are depositing and gambling with funds that belong to you, that are not derived from criminal activity, and that you can afford to lose.

Age Verification (KYC)

458bd applies Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. While account creation may be completed with basic registration details, age and identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Verification may also be requested at any time at 458bd's reasonable discretion — for example, following a large deposit, a large withdrawal request, or if there is any reason to believe an account may be operated by a person under the age of 18.

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh, accompanied by proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). Documents must be clear, unedited, and submitted in English or with a certified English translation.

Failure to complete KYC within the period requested by 458bd will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and may result in account closure. Any funds held in an account that cannot be verified as belonging to an eligible adult will be frozen pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the 458bd Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices are used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred currency (BDT). You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. 458bd will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 458bd immediately by contacting [email protected]. 458bd is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

458bd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA can be configured from within your account security settings and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

Single Wallet

Your 458bd account operates on a single shared wallet. The same balance is used across all Platform products — the casino, the live casino, the sportsbook, and any other available product. There are no separate sub-wallets or product-specific balances. All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagers draw from and settle to this single wallet.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All monetary transactions on 458bd are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. There are no currency conversion fees charged by 458bd; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which 458bd accepts no responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods

458bd accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: As displayed in your account deposit section and subject to periodic review.
• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits typically process within 60 seconds of initiation.
• Bank transfer deposits typically process within 15–30 minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit to the account ("same-source rule"), unless otherwise approved by 458bd's finance team.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• 458bd targets a withdrawal approval time of under 5 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Actual processing times may vary based on payment provider performance.
• Withdrawals that trigger enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks may take longer. 458bd will notify you if your withdrawal is subject to EDD review.

Refused or Reversed Transactions

458bd reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, 458bd will notify you as promptly as reasonably possible and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

458bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general conditions, the specific bonus terms prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the specific promotion. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• 458bd reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or shared between accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
• 458bd reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds if it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or through the use of a wagering strategy designed to exploit the promotion.

Bonus Abuse

458bd employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, coordinating with other players to collectively exploit a promotion, or placing strategically low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay. Detection of bonus abuse will result in bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account closure.

Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

458bd regularly runs themed promotions around significant dates in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Bangladesh Independence Day (26 March), and Victory Day (16 December). All seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms and the general conditions in this section. Responsible gaming reminders and the 18+ age requirement apply to all promotions without exception.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

The 458bd Platform offers games provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, as well as proprietary sportsbook markets. Each game is subject to its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By launching and playing any game, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable game rules.

RNG Certification

All RNG-based games (slots, virtual sports, keno, crash games, and RNG table games) use random number generator software that has been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The outcome of every game round is determined solely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by the Platform, the game provider, or the player.

The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager. 458bd reserves the right to void bets in cases where odds were published in error, where a sporting event result is subject to official review, or where evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns is detected. Voided bets are settled at the original stake with no winnings applied.

In-play (live) cricket betting covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures with ball-by-ball odds updates. Bet acceptance during in-play events may be subject to a brief delay to account for live data processing latency. 458bd accepts no liability for bets placed on incorrect in-play data caused by delays from third-party data providers.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure, 458bd reserves the right to void any bets affected by the malfunction and to return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game will not be paid. 458bd's determination of whether a malfunction occurred is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 458bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments; providing false identity information; submitting forged KYC documents.
• Money laundering: Using 458bd to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. 458bd is obligated to report suspicious financial activity and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one 458bd account per individual, or creating an account on behalf of another person without authorisation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion, including chip dumping in poker-format games and bonus collusion rings.
• Cheating software: Using automated betting bots, scripts, screen scrapers, data-mining tools, or any software that interferes with the normal operation of Platform games or the sportsbook.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Abuse of staff: Directing abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory communications toward 458bd support staff or other players on any Platform channel.
• Unauthorised commercial activity: Operating an affiliate programme, reselling access to the Platform, or using the Platform for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from 458bd.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, 458bd will verify your identity and confirm that there are no pending withdrawals, active bonus wager requirements, or open bets. Any eligible balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately by the support team and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Involuntary Suspension or Closure by 458bd

458bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or use of the Platform for prohibited purposes.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, or withdrawal activity.

In cases of involuntary closure due to suspected fraud or Terms breach, 458bd reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, the balance may be permanently forfeited.

In cases of involuntary closure for reasons unrelated to fraud or misconduct (such as regulatory requirement or inactivity), any eligible balance will be returned to you within 14 business days.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. 458bd will make reasonable efforts to contact you at the registered email address before applying a dormancy fee. If no response is received within 30 days of notification, a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Reactivation is possible by simply logging in to your account and completing a re-verification step.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 458bd Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. Our team will make every effort to resolve your concern within 48 hours. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct support, you may escalate your complaint via our formal dispute resolution process, details of which are available by written request to [email protected].

458bd's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account balance at the time the relevant claim arises. 458bd accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.
